Delete your account

Effective 17 October 2026

You can delete your SeedPilot account and all of its data at any time, from inside the app or by email. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open SeedPilot and log in.
2. Go to the Wallet tab and tap the account icon in the top-right corner.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. In the confirmation, tap Delete everything. You are signed out and returned to the welcome screen.

By email

If you can no longer open the app, email multicodegenius@gmail.com from the email address of your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account (name, email, hashed password, phone number, language), your business preferences (budget, interests, experience, location), every search and the ideas in it, every report you unlocked, your ventures with their milestones, goals and notes, and your wallet balance and ledger. Any remaining credit, including free welcome credit, is forfeited. Copies in encrypted backups are removed within 30 days.

What may remain

Limited server logs kept for a short period for security, and anonymous usage statistics that contain no account information.
