These terms are an agreement between you and Multi Code Genius, Surat, Gujarat, India, the developer of SeedPilot. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use SeedPilot.

1. The service

SeedPilot suggests business ideas that fit the budget, interests, experience and location you give it, and generates reports about them: market size and trend, major players, startup cost breakdown, unit economics, customers and competition, pricing, channels, roadmap, licences, skills, risks and a verdict. Ideas and reports are written by an AI model from your inputs and general market knowledge.

2. Estimates, not advice

• All numbers in SeedPilot (market size, growth, costs, revenue, margins, break-even, demand) are AI-generated estimates for guidance. They are illustrative, can be incomplete or wrong, and are not verified figures. The app labels them as such.
• Nothing in SeedPilot is financial, investment, legal, tax or professional advice. Before investing money, verify costs, demand, licences and regulations yourself and consult a qualified professional.
• Starting a business involves risk. You alone decide whether to act on an idea, and you are responsible for that decision.

3. Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• Give accurate information, verify your email, and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. You can delete your account at any time from Wallet → Account → Delete account.

4. Wallet and credits

• SeedPilot uses a rupee-denominated wallet. Every new account receives ₹50 of free welcome credit.
• The first 4 ideas of each search are free. Each further batch of 4 ideas costs ₹20, and each full report costs ₹50. Prices are shown in the app before you confirm and may change for future purchases.
• Once a report is unlocked you can reopen it without paying again. If a charge is taken for a report or batch that fails to generate, it is returned to your wallet automatically; if it is not, email multicodegenius@gmail.com and we will fix it.
• Adding credit is not available yet. If recharges are introduced they will be offered through the App Store or Google Play and their purchase terms will apply.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged, and are used only inside SeedPilot. Free welcome credit expires with the account.
• To prevent abuse we may apply fair-use limits (for example, a maximum number of batches per search).

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse SeedPilot: no attempts to hack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer it, bypass limits or charges, create multiple accounts to collect free credit, or use it for unlawful, abusive or harmful purposes. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

6. Your content and ours

The app, its design, text, artwork and software belong to Multi Code Genius or its licensors. Ideas and reports generated for you may be used for your own business planning, commercial or not. You keep the notes and goals you write in Plan. You may not resell or republish reports as a service.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep SeedPilot running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Generation depends on third-party AI services and can be slow or fail. We may add, change or remove features, and update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.

8. Limitation of liability

SeedPilot is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multi Code Genius is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or business losses arising from decisions you make based on ideas, reports or numbers shown in the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
